Fairbanks Foundation awards grants to eligible tax-exempt organizations serving greater Indianapolis, Indiana, in our three focus areas: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rmff.org\/our-work\/education\/\">Gi\u00e1o d\u1ee5c<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rmff.org\/our-work\/health\/\">S\u1ee9c kh\u1ecfe<\/a>, v\u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rmff.org\/our-work\/vitality-of-indianapolis\/\">S\u1ee9c s\u1ed1ng c\u1ee7a Indianapolis<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"block wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>To maximize its impact, the Foundation directs its resources toward the focus areas and associated <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rmff.org\/our-work\/\">goals and strategies<\/a> identified by the Board. The Foundation also establishes and continuously monitors key metrics to guide our work, track our progress over time, and help us adapt our strategies in response to new information and other external factors.
