Noong 2020, itinatag ng Lupon ang programang Charitable Grants upang iayon ang interes ng tagapagtatag ng Foundation, si Richard M. \u201cDick\u201d Fairbanks, sa paggawa ng maliliit na hindi pinaghihigpitang gawad sa maliliit na organisasyon kung saan ang mga halagang ito ay maaaring gumawa ng malaking pagkakaiba.
