Zarz\u0105d ustanowi\u0142 program Dotacje charytatywne, aby dostosowa\u0107 si\u0119 do zainteresowa\u0144 za\u0142o\u017cyciela Fundacji, Richarda M. \u201eDicka\u201d Fairbanksa, polegaj\u0105cych na udzielaniu niewielkich, nieograniczonych dotacji ma\u0142ym organizacjom, w przypadku kt\u00f3rych kwoty te mog\u0142yby mie\u0107 znacz\u0105ce znaczenie. Chocia\u017c wi\u0119kszo\u015b\u0107 funduszy filantropijnych Fundacji b\u0119dzie w dalszym ci\u0105gu przeznaczana na trzy obszary tematyczne: Edukacja<\/a>, Zdrowie<\/a>, oraz Witalno\u015b\u0107 Indianapolis<\/a>, program Dotacje Charytatywne umo\u017cliwia Fundacji przekazywanie rocznych dotacji w wysoko\u015bci $25 000 na jednego beneficjenta na rotacyjn\u0105 list\u0119 maksymalnie sze\u015bciu (6) organizacji non-profit. Program ten, kt\u00f3ry wszed\u0142 w \u017cycie w 2021 roku, stanowi kontynuacj\u0119 d\u0142ugiej historii Fundacji w zakresie dzia\u0142alno\u015bci charytatywnej.
