Fairbanks a command\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rand.org\/about.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 RAND<\/a> mener une \u00e9tude sur l&#039;impact de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teachforamerica.org\/indianapolis\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Enseigner pour l&#039;Am\u00e9rique Indianapolis<\/a> sur les r\u00e9sultats des \u00e9tudiants dans le comt\u00e9 de Marion. L&#039;impact \u00e9tait environ deux fois plus important dans les \u00e9coles comptant au moins cinq enseignants TFA, o\u00f9 les enseignants TFA d&#039;Indianapolis \u00e9taient associ\u00e9s \u00e0 une am\u00e9lioration suppl\u00e9mentaire de 2 points de pourcentage en ELA par rapport aux enseignants non TFA et \u00e0 une am\u00e9lioration suppl\u00e9mentaire de 5 points en math\u00e9matiques.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"block wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats indiquent que les enseignants TFA sont plac\u00e9s dans des \u00e9coles o\u00f9 les r\u00e9sultats des \u00e9l\u00e8ves sont inf\u00e9rieurs et o\u00f9 la proportion d&#039;\u00e9l\u00e8ves issus de familles \u00e0 faible revenu est plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e que les autres enseignants de premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e. En outre, ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, les enseignants TFA ont \u00e9t\u00e9 plus diversifi\u00e9s sur le plan racial que les autres nouveaux enseignants.
