Moderne Ausbildung<\/a> wurde entwickelt, um Highschool-Sch\u00fcler aus Central Indiana durch bezahlte, praktische Erfahrungen, die ihre traditionelle Lehrt\u00e4tigkeit erg\u00e4nzen, auf das Berufsleben vorzubereiten. Gleichzeitig erweitert das Programm den Arbeitsmarkt, indem es Arbeitgebern eine M\u00f6glichkeit bietet, den aktuellen und zuk\u00fcnftigen Personalbedarf zu decken.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n

Die Richard M. Fairbanks Stiftung hat $9 Millionen vergeben<\/a> seit 2019, um das Programm zu unterst\u00fctzen, sowie die Modern Apprenticeship Community of Practice, ein landesweites Forum f\u00fcr ausbildungsbezogene Interessenvertreter zum Austausch bew\u00e4hrter Praktiken. Die aktuelle Kohorte umfasst mehr als 70 Highschool-Sch\u00fcler, die im gesamten Raum Indianapolis in Ausbildungen arbeiten, die auch College-Credits bieten, und es ist geplant, die Zahl bis 2025 auf 360 Sch\u00fcler zu erh\u00f6hen.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n

Ausbildungen werden in Bereichen wie Fertigung, Gesundheitswesen, Finanzdienstleistungen und Bildung angeboten.
