Im Jahr 2020 steuerten der Indianapolis eLearning Fund und das 2022 Indianapolis College Football Playoff National Championship Host Committee $1,6 Millionen bzw. $800.000 als Startkapital bei. starten<\/a> das Indiana eLearning Lab. Das Lab war ein virtueller Knotenpunkt f\u00fcr P\u00e4dagogen, der auf Unterrichtspl\u00e4ne zugreifen und sich beruflich weiterentwickeln konnte. Gleichzeitig bot es Eltern Ressourcen, die ihren Kindern dabei halfen, sich im Online-Unterricht w\u00e4hrend der Umstellung auf Fernunterricht zurechtzufinden \u2013 und das zu einer Zeit, in der Schulen und Familien Schwierigkeiten hatten, die Aufmerksamkeit der Sch\u00fcler aufrechtzuerhalten. Lehrer und Eltern im gesamten Bundesstaat Indiana konnten das Lab kostenlos nutzen.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n

Am 14. September 2021 gab das Bildungsministerium von Indiana bekannt, dass es einen Vertrag mit Five Star Technology Solutions f\u00fcr den Betrieb des neu umbenannten Indiana-Lernlabor<\/a>. Das Lab wird weiterhin als kostenlose, personalisierte professionelle Lernplattform f\u00fcr P\u00e4dagogen dienen und an f\u00fcnf Tagen in der Woche einen Just-in-Time-Coaching- und Support-Chat-Service beinhalten. Dar\u00fcber hinaus wurde der Inhalt des Labs um pers\u00f6nliche und eLearning-Unterrichtsunterst\u00fctzung f\u00fcr Lehrer erweitert. Diese spannende Partnerschaft wird es dem Lab erm\u00f6glichen, P\u00e4dagogen und Eltern im ganzen Staat noch mehr Unterst\u00fctzung zu bieten.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n

Das Labor war erstellt<\/a> und startete mit Startkapital von der Indianapolis eLearning Fund<\/a>, das im April 2020 als Reaktion auf die COVID-19-Pandemie ins Leben gerufen wurde. Der Beratungsausschuss des eLearning Fund entwarf das Lab als Reaktion auf die Eingaben von P\u00e4dagogen und Elternvertretern dar\u00fcber, welche Art von Unterst\u00fctzung sie ben\u00f6tigten, als wir gemeinsam die ersten Tage der Pandemie bew\u00e4ltigten. Die Richard M. Fairbanks Foundation war erfreut und geehrt, einer der Gr\u00fcndungsgeldgeber des Indianapolis eLearning Fund sowie Mitglied des Kernteams zu sein, das das Design des eLearning Lab entwickelte und den RFP-Prozess des eLearning Lab \u00fcberwachte. Wir freuen uns darauf, das weitere Wachstum und die breitere Wirkung des Indiana Learning Lab auf Sch\u00fcler und P\u00e4dagogen in ganz Indiana unter der Leitung des Bildungsministeriums von Indiana und Bildungsministerin Dr. Katie Jenner zu beobachten.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n

Die Fairbanks Foundation m\u00f6chte auch anerkennen Candice Dodson<\/a>, der als Executive Director der State Educational Technology Directors Association (SETDA) eine f\u00fchrende Rolle bei der Beantwortung der RFP spielte und ein leidenschaftlicher Verfechter hochwertiger eLearning-Unterst\u00fctzung f\u00fcr P\u00e4dagogen war. SETDA wurde in Partnerschaft mit Five Star Technologies w\u00e4hrend des RFP-Prozesses vom Indianapolis eLearning Fund ausgew\u00e4hlt, um das Labor zu erstellen und umzusetzen. Tragischerweise starb Candice an dem Tag, an dem das Labor \u00f6ffentlich angek\u00fcndigt wurde, bei einem Autounfall. Ihre Leidenschaft f\u00fcr hochwertige eLearning-Unterst\u00fctzung f\u00fcr P\u00e4dagogen wird im neu erweiterten Indiana Learning Lab weiterleben.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n
