Aprendizagem Moderna<\/a> foi projetado para preparar alunos do ensino m\u00e9dio da regi\u00e3o central de Indiana para o mercado de trabalho com experi\u00eancia pr\u00e1tica e remunerada que complementa seus cursos tradicionais. Ao mesmo tempo, o programa amplia o fluxo de m\u00e3o de obra, oferecendo aos empregadores uma forma de atender \u00e0s necessidades atuais e futuras de pessoal.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n

Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Richard M. Fairbanks concedeu $9 milh\u00f5es<\/a> desde 2019 para apoiar o programa, bem como a Comunidade de Pr\u00e1tica de Aprendizagem Moderna, um f\u00f3rum estadual para as partes interessadas relacionadas \u00e0 aprendizagem compartilharem melhores pr\u00e1ticas. O grupo atual inclui mais de 70 estudantes do ensino m\u00e9dio que trabalham em toda a \u00e1rea de Indian\u00e1polis em est\u00e1gios que tamb\u00e9m oferecem cr\u00e9ditos universit\u00e1rios, com planos de expans\u00e3o para 360 estudantes at\u00e9 2025.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n

Os est\u00e1gios s\u00e3o oferecidos em \u00e1reas como manufatura, sa\u00fade, servi\u00e7os financeiros e educa\u00e7\u00e3o. Entre outros dados inclu\u00eddos na ficha informativa com link abaixo, programas semelhantes para jovens mostram que os empregadores obt\u00eam $1,42 em valor para cada $1 investido em um aprendiz, tornando o programa de Aprendizagem Moderna uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o vantajosa para estudantes e empregadores de Indian\u00e1polis.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n\n
