Apprentissage moderne<\/a> est con\u00e7u pour pr\u00e9parer les \u00e9l\u00e8ves du secondaire du centre de l'Indiana au march\u00e9 du travail avec une exp\u00e9rience pratique et r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9e qui compl\u00e8te leurs cours traditionnels. Dans le m\u00eame temps, le programme \u00e9largit le bassin de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre en offrant aux employeurs un moyen de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins actuels et futurs en mati\u00e8re de personnel.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n

La Fondation Richard M. Fairbanks a accord\u00e9 $9 millions<\/a> depuis 2019 pour soutenir le programme, ainsi que la communaut\u00e9 de pratique de l'apprentissage moderne, un forum \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle de l'\u00c9tat permettant aux parties prenantes li\u00e9es \u00e0 l'apprentissage de partager les meilleures pratiques. La cohorte actuelle comprend plus de 70 \u00e9tudiants du secondaire travaillant dans la r\u00e9gion d'Indianapolis dans le cadre d'apprentissages qui fournissent \u00e9galement des cr\u00e9dits universitaires, avec des plans pour s'\u00e9tendre \u00e0 360 \u00e9tudiants d'ici 2025.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n

Des apprentissages sont propos\u00e9s dans des domaines tels que l'industrie manufacturi\u00e8re, la sant\u00e9, les services financiers et l'\u00e9ducation.
