Fairbanks Foundation awards grants to eligible tax-exempt organizations serving greater Indianapolis, Indiana, in our three focus areas: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rmff.org\/our-work\/education\/\">\u00c9ducation<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rmff.org\/our-work\/health\/\">Sant\u00e9<\/a>, et le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rmff.org\/our-work\/vitality-of-indianapolis\/\">Vitalit\u00e9 d&#039;Indianapolis<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"block wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>To maximize its impact, the Foundation directs its resources toward the focus areas and associated <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rmff.org\/our-work\/\">goals and strategies<\/a> identified by the Board. The Foundation also establishes and continuously monitors key metrics to guide our work, track our progress over time, and help us adapt our strategies in response to new information and other external factors. Le conseil d&#039;administration approuve les attributions quatre fois par an, lors de r\u00e9unions trimestrielles. Les candidats sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement inform\u00e9s des d\u00e9cisions finales de financement dans un d\u00e9lai d&#039;un jour ouvrable apr\u00e8s une r\u00e9union pr\u00e9vue du conseil d&#039;administration.
